Materials: Electronic sphygmomanometers, heart rate sensors, scientific spirometers, mouthpieces for spirometers, weight measure machine.
Description: After performing 50-m freestyle sprint intervals, different active and passive recovery times and methods were allowed and the subjects’ blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate were measured. Passive recovery was achieved by subjects' standing inert and submerged in the pool and active recovery was achieved by slow swimming.
